1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of alpinebanker.com and its subdomains, related mobile experiences, online forms, calculators, and other online services we operate (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Alpine Mortgage Services, LLC (“Alpine Mortgage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a New Jersey limited liability company with its principal place of business at 210 Summit Avenue, Suite A3, Montvale, NJ 07645 (NMLS ID #56905).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy at https://www.alpinebanker.com/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States, and we do not represent that the Site or any content on it is appropriate or available for use outside the United States.
3. No Offer to Lend; No Advice
The Site provides general information about residential mortgage loan products and services. Nothing on the Site is an offer or commitment to make, broker, or refinance a mortgage loan, or an offer of any specific terms. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting, property appraisal, and verification of your application information. Rates, terms, and program availability change without notice.
Information on the Site is for general educational purposes only and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making a financial decision.
4. Mortgage Calculators and Estimates
The mortgage calculators and rate displays on the Site are provided as estimates only. Actual rates, payments, and costs depend on your individual circumstances, including credit score, debt-to-income ratio, loan amount, loan-to-value ratio, occupancy, property type, and other factors, and are not a commitment to lend.
5. Loan Application Submissions
Submitting an inquiry or quick-quote form is not an application for a mortgage loan, a request for credit, or a commitment by us to make or arrange a loan. A formal loan application requires submission of a Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003) and the related disclosures, and is governed by separate agreements and disclosures provided to you at that time.
By submitting information through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree that we may use the information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Communications and Consent
By providing your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry by telephone (including pre-recorded calls and calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system), email, and text message, at the telephone numbers and email addresses you provide. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of receiving any product or service. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Marketing Terms.
7. User Conduct
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit information about another person without that person’s authorization.
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Interfere with, disable, or disrupt the Site or any servers or networks connected to the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Engage in unauthorized framing, scraping, data mining, automated collection, or harvesting of information from the Site.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, advertising, or solicitations.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Bypass measures we use to restrict or control access to the Site.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and the selection and arrangement of such content (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by Alpine Mortgage or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the Content without our prior written permission. “Alpine Mortgage,” the Alpine Mortgage logo, and other Alpine Mortgage marks are trademarks of Alpine Mortgage. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
9. DMCA Notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent:

11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALPINE MORTGAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ALPINE MORTGAGE, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Mortgage and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (c) any content you submit through the Site.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and applicable federal law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact us in writing at the address in Section 19 and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.
16.2 Venue
Subject to the informal resolution requirement, any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16.4 Time Limit on Claims
Any cause of action you have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred, except where applicable law prohibits a shorter limitations period than the statutory period.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices we post on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpine Mortgage regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction. Headings are for convenience only.
