Alpine Mortgage Services, LLC is an independent residential mortgage broker helping borrowers across 10 states secure competitive financing on their homes and investment properties. As a licensed mortgage broker we work with a broad network of wholesale lenders to find the right loan program and best rate for our borrowers. This independent broker model gives our clients access to programs and pricing not available through a retail bank.
Our Story
Alpine Mortgage was founded in 2002 by Steven Parangi, a licensed attorney in New Jersey and New York. Through his work representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in hundreds of residential and commercial transactions, Steven saw firsthand how complex the mortgage process had become for borrowers and how often borrowers were not given the time or guidance they needed to understand their options. He founded Alpine Mortgage with a clear mission: to give borrowers access to wholesale mortgage rates and guidance through the whole process. Combining legal training with mortgage banking expertise, Alpine Mortgage was built to be the independent option borrowers can trust to put their interests first.
Over the past two decades Alpine has grown into a multi-state mortgage brokerage serving borrowers across the East Coast, the South and the West. We've closed more than 8,000 loans and funded over $3 billion in mortgages but our approach has stayed the same: shop multiple wholesale lenders, find the right program, deliver competitive rates and close on time.
