Loan Officer Opportunities
As a Mortgage Originator/Loan Officer for Alpine Mortgage Services, you will have access to a full range of residential loan products that will allow you to meet the needs of every customer that you speak with. We offer a variety of conventional, jumbo, FHA/VA and other non-conventional loan products at very competitive rates and credit scores that can go down to the 500s. We are a growing company that is committed to creating a fun, successful, and productive work environment. We provide the best training in the industry and free exclusive leads delivered in real time through our lead management system to help our loan originators become top producers. No cold calling is necessary. Inside and outside loan originator positions are available.
1 to 2 years mortgage sales experience or sales experience in general. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, upbeat attitude who can communicate well with his or her potential clients.
Manager/Team Leader Opportunities
As a Team Leader for Alpine Mortgage Services, you will train and manage a team of new and experienced loan officers. Duties will include coaching and training your team on company programs and procedures, ensuring all loans meet regulatory guidelines, and setting goals and tracking individual and team performance.
Applicants should have at least 5 year experience in mortgage loan origination, strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with loan origination and automated underwriting software and have experience in leading and coaching a sales team.
Loan Processor Opportunities
As a Loan Processor, you will manage and process a pipeline of loan application packages from origination to funding. Duties will include working closely with our loan officers, preparing loan documents, obtaining and verifying applicant information and communicating with all parties involved in the loan process.
Applicants should have at least 1 year experience in the mortgage or real estate industry, strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with loan origination software and automated underwriting systems such as DU and LP. Training is also provided.<
